Four lines, sold by the roll
UD fabric goes into soft armor panels. Woven fabric goes into pressed helmet shells and hard plates. UD rolls are 1.6 m wide as standard. Woven rolls are made to order between 1 and 3 m. Custom widths on request. Open a line for its full specification table.
Soft Armor UD Fabric
Cross-plied unidirectional fabric for soft vest panels. Published layer counts for NIJ 0101.04 and 0101.06 Level IIIA. Rolls 1.6 m wide, 100 m and up.
Aramid UD Fabric
Around 200 to 220 g/m2. Ballistic only, ballistic plus anti-stab, or anti-stab only. Areal density figures for NIJ 0101.06 Level IIIA and NIJ 0115.00 stab levels 1 to 3.
Woven UHMWPE Fabric
Plain weave, 200D to 3000D, 100 to 410 g/m2, 0.21 to 0.88 mm. Uncoated as standard. Used for helmet shells and cut resistant clothing.
Woven Aramid Fabric
50 to 450 g/m2, 200D to 3000D, 0.08 to 0.7 mm. Plain weave, twill available from PA140 upward. Used for helmet shells, soft armor, hard plates and vehicle panels.
